Essential Job Functions
- Good understanding of Seibel Roadmap, upgrade and Cloud options.
- To define functional and technical requirements for Roadmap options including Cloud, Hybrid
- and Inter Multi Public Cloud
- Design the solution using Siebel configuration/EAI/EIM/PLSQL, Control M techniques
- Provide technical design recommendation by evaluating new and modified functionality to meet
- business and IT needs.
- Prepare OOM & provide Solution Walk through
- Defined application structure and technical architecture must meet business objectives and
- ensure that the technical direction is consistent with long-term direction.
- Providing technical leadership on CRM engagement, including serving as a resource to the
- project team and the client by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving
- business and technology issues.
- Review technical documentation to verify compliance with business requirements and
- established architectural standards and guidelines Adhere to Release and Change
- Management Processes
- Engage and deliver Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), demos. Where required, co-ordinate
- benchmarks, customer workshops etc.
- Banking domain knowledge
Skills
- Ability to Lead other architects, developers to the right development process and design.
- Strong knowledge of the Siebel Architecture, Roadmap and Cloud options (Mandatory)
- Must have good knowledge and experience with Siebel Roadmap and Business case.
- Good exposure in Siebel Development including Business Modelling, Requirement Gathering,
- Analysis, Configuration and Integration for Siebel Enterprise.
- Complete exposure to each phase of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient with Siebel Tools and Client in configuration and customization of Siebel Objects at
- multiple levels like Applets, Business Components, Screens, Views, Tables, Joins, Links,
- MVGs, Pick Lists, Toggle Applets and Drilldowns.
- Good oral and written communications skills in both technical and client facing situations.
