Description-

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Direct Channel Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Shriram Life Insurance products to customers through the direct channel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and objectives for the assigned territory
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Report regularly on sales activities and results
• Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-6 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in English and local language
