Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shopify Developer at BellaVita/Guardian Brands in Gurugram. The Shopify Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify e-commerce websites to enhance the online shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Shopify Development, Website Customization, and Maintenance skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Good to Have:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience developing within the Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms
- 3+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XML
- HTML conversion of PSDs, using html5, css3, and JQuery / Javascript.
- Troubleshooting & debugging skills
- Interest in staying current and applying the most current best practices
- Able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Has a true passion for design and technology
- A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- Positive attitude, high energy, and love for broadening web development skill set
- Ability to integrate third party plugins (Finance, logistics, CRM, ERP etc.)
- Candidates should be confident, self-motivated, who work well in team environments
