Job Description

  • Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance.
  • Monitoring the day-to-day loads and take necessary actions during issues or escalations.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
  • Ownership of supporting the process, monitor and fix production issues to meet set SLAs (service level agreement).
  • Collaboration with other teams on the long-term resolution for repetitive failures to reduce the rework and stabilize the loads.
  • Worked on the bases of ITIL practice.
  • Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures.
  • Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software.
QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelors or Masters is Computer Science/ IT or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
  • System Engineer 2 to 4 Years & Sr System Engineer 3 to 6 Years in IT.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7).
  • Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries remotely via email and phone, or at the office.
  • ServiceNow knowledge is required.
  • Should have strong communication skills; both verbal & written
  • Passion for new technologies & Ideas
  • In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
