Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Manage and drive sales through channel partners and Individual service providers.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
- Create demand from Klber Lubrication products by showcasing the value these products and the service they can offer to the customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, customized to the needs of the customer.
- Do benchmarking of products and solutions against competition and study market trends.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Capture visits, opportunities, reviews and other relevant reports in the CRM tool.
- Forecast and work closely with sales support and planning team to ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Manage customer accounts, grow an existing territory.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering in the field of mechanical or automotive with 7+ years of experience in sales.
- Good Hold over Hindi & English.
- Experience in handling sales through channel partners.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally extensively.
