Senior Territory Head - GBT Auto (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Manage and drive sales through channel partners and Individual service providers.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
  • Create demand from Klber Lubrication products by showcasing the value these products and the service they can offer to the customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, customized to the needs of the customer.
  • Do benchmarking of products and solutions against competition and study market trends.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Capture visits, opportunities, reviews and other relevant reports in the CRM tool.
  • Forecast and work closely with sales support and planning team to ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Manage customer accounts, grow an existing territory.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Engineering in the field of mechanical or automotive with 7+ years of experience in sales.
  • Good Hold over Hindi & English.
  • Experience in handling sales through channel partners.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally extensively.
