As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be a key player in driving customer success by understanding their business needs and translating those into effective technology solutions. You will work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet their business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, technical architecture, and project delivery, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, technical needs, and strategic goals.
- Design and deliver tailored technology solutions that align with clients objectives and challenges.
- Provide expert advice on system architecture, integration, and technology best practices.
- Lead workshops, presentations, and solution demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, development, and customer success to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis and offer insights on how clients can optimize their use of existing tools and systems.
- Manage and mentor junior consultants and team members, providing guidance and support in technical and client-facing scenarios.
- Prepare detailed documentation and project plans for solution implementation and customer onboarding.
- Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and business development efforts by crafting solution narratives and technical designs.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions for clients in various industries.
- Expertise in enterprise software solutions, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and IT infrastructure.
- Solid experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, leading discovery sessions, and developing solution strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, both with internal teams and client-facing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Technical certifications related to cloud platforms, enterprise solutions, or IT architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise applications is a plus.
- Background in pre-sales or product management would be beneficial.
