  • Direct Sales: Responsible for selling our MBA programs, driving enrollments through a consultative approach.

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Engage with prospective students through various channels (calls, emails, webinars) and guide them from inquiry to enrollment.

  • Student Counseling: Build strong rapport with students, understanding their academic profile and career aspirations to recommend suitable MBA programs.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM, track leads, and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure a seamless experience for the students.

  • Event Participation: Represent Yocket at both virtual and physical events, including seminars and webinars, to engage with potential students and promote our MBA offerings.

  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on trends in the MBA education sector and adjust strategies accordingly.



Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the education or edtech sector, particularly MBA or higher education programs.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • CRM knowledge is a plus, with a proven track record of managing leads and meeting sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on delivering results.

  • Open to travel for events, if required.
