Job Description

Job Overview:

  • We are an ambitious startup brokerage firm specializing in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on office space leasing in the Delhi NCR market.
  • We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who brings 3 to 7 years of experience in commercial office leasing, particularly in deals ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 sq. ft.
  • The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at managing both supply and demand dynamics, and has a proven ability to close high-value transactions.
  • As a Senior Sales Manager at our growing firm, you will take on a key role in driving leasing activities, building strong client relationships, and negotiating profitable office space leasing deals.
  • Your strategic approach and hands-on experience will help shape the future of our business and contribute to our growth in the commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, and corporate decision-makers. Become a trusted advisor for both clients and landlords.
  • Supply & Demand Management: Manage both the supply side (property owners, developers) and demand side (tenants, occupiers) of commercial office space leasing, ensuring optimal matches and maximizing revenue for the firm.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Take charge of structuring and negotiating office space leasing deals, with a focus on 5,000 to 50,000 sq. ft. transactions. Your ability to drive negotiations and close high value deals will be crucial to our growth.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and provide clients with data-driven insights regarding the Delhi NCR office leasing market. Leverage your knowledge to help shape the firm's strategy and position us competitively.
  • End-to-End Transaction Management: Oversee the full leasing process, from client engagement and property tours to negotiating terms and finalizing lease agreements. Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Contribute to sales strategies, set achievable leasing targets, and help drive the overall growth of the firm. Report regularly to management on transaction progress, market conditions, and performance.
  • Brand Representation & Networking: Act as a key representative of the firm in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Help position the firm as a trusted name in the Delhi NCR commercial real estate space.

Key Requirements:

Experience of 3 to 7 years of experience in office space leasing within the Delhi NCR market, handling transactions in the range of 5,000 to 50,000 sq. ft. A strong track record of successfully closing leasing deals is essential.

Deep understanding of **supply and demand dynamics** in the commercial office leasing market, particularly in Delhi NCR. Familiarity with current market trends, office space pricing, and leasing terms. Experience working with corporate clients and landlords to structure deals.

Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions. Excellent relationship-building capabilities with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Education: A degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications or courses in commercial real estate leasing or sales would be a plus.
