Job Summary:
The Sales Manager- Inside Sales will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives within the credit cards sector. The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health insurance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications:

o Excellent leadership and team management skills.
o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
o Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
