  • Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires strategic thinking, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. A candidate with flair and knowledge of real estate is a bonus.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyse data to uncover new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online research. Qualify leads and pursue opportunities that align with the company's target market and offerings.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and challenges to effectively position our services and propose tailored solutions.

Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our value proposition and win new business. Customize proposals to address client requirements and differentiate our offerings from competitors.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide feedback from the market to inform product/service enhancements and improvements.

  • Qualifications:*

A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for MBA candidates.

At least 5 - 12 years of relevant experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of achieving business growth objectives preferably in real estate.

Exceptional understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing decisions and gaining trust.

Strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset and a results-driven approach.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, both as an individual contributor and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 300,
  • 00 - 800,000.00 per year
