We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in either a SaaS company or a digital marketing agency. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned territory or vertical market.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Electrogets as a leader in the SaaS market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in either a SaaS company or a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
