Role Description

This is a on-site role + 20% Travelling for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to selling homes, including conducting market research, prospecting new clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role will require effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
