Role: Sr Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's market presence in the mechanical manufacturing sectors, specifically in aerospace and automotive industries. This role involves leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Experience:
5 to 6 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing sectors, preferably in aerospace and automotive industries, with a background in BTech Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share in the aerospace and automotive sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other digital mediums.
- Leverage existing network and contacts within the aerospace and automotive industries to generate leads and secure new clients.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of sales activities and results.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline growth, and market share.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management on sales activities and progress towards targets.
- Identify and implement improvements to the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
