Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Executives at Direction Software. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads, presenting and demonstrating software solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer services.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with vibrant personality
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM solutions
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in the IT industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Good understanding of the retail, e-commerce, and supply chain management sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Skill Requirements

  • Must have both the sales skills and minimum technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
  • Focused and understand solution sales and its cycle.
  • Strong leadership skills; able to deliver business value to the sales operation and customer.
  • Capacity to build trust and build quick C level connects is a must.
  • Direct interaction with the Partners, Marketing, peers, and Customers will comprise a major portion of this assignment.
  • Should have requisite Industry Knowledge
