Job Description

As a Senior Sales Associate at Clubr Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and mentoring junior team members. This position is suited for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a track record of success in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
  • Identify and target prospective clients, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Lead product presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and sales materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to leverage opportunities and stay ahead.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and refine selling techniques to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
