  • Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Advisor to join our legal services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a solid understanding of legal services. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their legal needs, and guiding them towards suitable legal solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to assess their legal needs and provide tailored advice on our range of legal services.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Service Presentation: Clearly and effectively present legal services, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, legal service developments, and competitor activities to better advise clients and enhance sales strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field. A legal background or relevant certification is advantageous.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the legal or professional services sector.Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
  • Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of legal concepts and services; ability to communicate complex legal information in a clear and accessible manner.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Working Conditions:
Schedule: 10 am to 7 pm
