Job Description
Who You'll Work With
As a member of the Support team, your focus is to deliver IT applications support and solutions to the Arista business users while serving as an advocate for business user needs.You will interface with the different IT application staff teams on a regular basis. You should have strong knowledge of Oracle Netsuite Application along with good troubleshooting and debugging skills .
What You'll Do
- Supporting and Maintaining NetSuite Production.
- Satisfy requirements in a SOX environment.
- Maintain a healthy backlog of Support cases and monitor the queue on regular basis.
- Participate with Business in any Month end /Qtr close activities.
- Troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions as needed.
- Test the system Configurations/customization.
- Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist.
- other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or request.
- Collaborate with internal team member to deliver the work and should have.
- ability to discuss the issue with business partner.
- Work in Agile/Sprint model of development.
Qualifications
- Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance or Accounting.
- 7 years of industry experience, At least 5 years of NetSuite with Support experience
- A solid understanding of business processes in NetSuite such as (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Integrations with third party applications) together with core Finance and Supply Chain modules within NetSuite domain.
- Hands-on experience creating custom NetSuite fields, records, forms, workflows, Suitescripts, searches, reports and dashboards to meet critical business needs.
- Possesses a strong understanding and knowledge on NetSuite Software system architecture, roles and permissions, Basic Accounting, Suite Analytics, SuiteFlow and Suite Builder.
- Experience developing scripts and managing integrations within NetSuite and supporting business as needed.
- Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proven ability working independently with minimal guidance
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
- Accounting, Inventory, and Fulfillment knowledge a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-level understanding of SOX, Segregation of Duties, Change Management and Information Technology General Controls
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM system
- Knowledge of relational Database Models (RDBMS)
- Knowledge of Data Structures
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Javascript, and jQuery
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and JSON
