CDH is built on Pega Platform technology to provides an always on brain seamless integrating AI and business rules across all your channels. The CDH team builds and enhances this enterprise software solution for our clients. We are distributed around the world, with a large presence in India, the Netherlands, and the US.

In this role, you'll help us lead a team that will design, develop, implement, test, deploy, and operate the features and functionality that power Pega CDH. We are looking for a highly engaged, technically strong and collaborative individual with a positive attitude who wants to help us with achieving our goal changing the way the world does marketing!
Technical Leadership:
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for Customer Decision Hub applications
- Drive best practices in software development, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, conducting regular 1:1 coaching sessions
- Develop and execute growth plans for each team member, ensuring their professional development
- Quickly address performance issues and collaborate with leadership to resolve challenges
Product Development:
- Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet both technical standards and business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with business teams, providing thought leadership and technical insights
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Present progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management
Who You Are:
You are an effective communicator and collaborator. You are a team lead/manager who has experience in software development technologies and is passionate about exploring and applying this to help solve real business problems. This person will be working closely with product management to translate the requirements into application features, helping own up the technical and architectural design of solutions, defining the quality and gating criteria of features while taking complete responsibility of the deliverables from the team.
What You've Accomplished:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large enterprise applications.
- Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL) or equivalent technologies.
- Prior experience in Pega development would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design, with an ability to implement code that meets engineering excellence standard with minimal oversight.
- Experience developing or working with CRM applications.
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
- Experience or good understanding of DevOps automation and pipeline tools.
