Make presentations or pitches outlining our key offerings pertinent to client requirements-
Understand their LnD requirements, use a consultative approach and suggest them our offerings, if required come out with bespoke solutions
Once Corporate gives the mandate, coordinate with the Client servicing team to ensure timely and effective delivery to ensure repeat business in future.
Continuously work to enhance coverage as well as depth of clients by nurturing multi-level connects with decision makers, influencers, and exec sponsors within the customer and partner organizations
Develop plans and strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve the companys sales goals.
Should take complete care of Business Development, Account Management and Operations for this vertical.
Should act as a vertical / category head for this vertical.
Competencies and skills:
Strong B2B sales orientation with 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Training industry
Must have MBA or equivalent degree.
Have experience in Conceptual selling.
Strong ability to research, analyse and communicate key commercial value drivers.
Excellent communication skills
Working understanding of a CRM like HubSpot / Salesforce etc
Ability to understand clients needs and develop trusted relationships.
Quick presence of mind to create sales opportunities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint is a must, and a working understanding of Microsoft Excel is desirable.
Strong levels of ownership and should demonstrate pride in the output.
Must be a value-driven individual with a high degree of integrity.
Experience in startup is required.
Experience in fast growing 0-1 stage startup is must.
