Role Overview
As the Senior Manager of Marketing at Dataplatr Inc., your responsibility will be to lead our global marketing and communications strategy, driving inbound and outbound marketing initiatives. Your role will be to guide our marketing team to unparalleled success, establishing unrivaled brand awareness and positioning, and steering our marketing efforts to support sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative go-to-market strategies for our Analytics services.
- Collaborate with both Development and sales teams to ensure market relevance and impact.
- Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute marketing plans aligned with Dataplatr's objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and market positioning.
- Drive Demand Generation and Lead Nurturing: Oversee multi-channel demand generation initiatives, attracting B2B enterprise clients and guiding them through effective lead nurturing programs.
- Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Recruit and lead a skilled marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration in demand generation, product & lifecycle marketing, digital strategies, and sales enablement.
- Enhance Digital Presence and Visibility: Strengthen Dataplatr's digital presence through strategic online campaigns, SEO optimization, and compelling content, maximizing brand visibility and attracting qualified leads.
- Enable Sales Teams for Success: Provide sales teams with impactful collateral, training, and tools to effectively communicate technical product value, ensuring achievement of bookings targets.
- Implement Data-Driven Lifecycle Marketing: Develop customer lifecycle marketing programs, enhancing retention and loyalty, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Leverage Data for Informed Decisions: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, enhance customer experiences, and maximize ROI.
- Work with the team in creating and distributing content (Blogs, E-Books , Videos, e-mail etc) across all related channels .
- Managing and optimizing website and other public content
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and advertisements.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and infographics to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Required Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success in leadership roles, including managing diverse and high-performing teams
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques: Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo, Instantly, Gohighlevel, Seamless, Smartleads are preferred
- Exceptional fluency in English coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a global, multicultural environment
- Deep understanding of market research practices, marketing strategies, and brand-building
- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in data-driven decision-making and project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects spanning across departments and teams, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic growth
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a collaborative team environment
- Basic Design skills (has used tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.)
- Has a solid understanding of the basics of the following disciplines - SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, Content, Data Analytics, Automation, Design, ABM.
