Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners
Develop negotiation strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations while examining risks and potential and estimating partners needs and goals
Help close new business consulting deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options and resolve internal priorities
