Efficiently is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day and meeting sales quota, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Roles & Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Identify customer needs and requirements and articulate solution benefits
Work in B2B customer segments only
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure
Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals
Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships
Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online
Track all activity in Salesforce (CRM)
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidate should have at least 7 years of Sales experience with a minimum of 4+ years of international experience. (Preferably with US B2B Sales experience but not with Middle East sales experience.)
International outbound B2B sales experience.
Having IT(Tech / SaaS) / Staffing / Engineering Services sales experience would be an added advantage.
Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing 70+ calls per day.
Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM.
