Role: Inside Sales Head

Location: Pune

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Head will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with lead generation efforts.

Streamline and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and performance.

Develop and maintain sales metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and drive accountability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Develop strategies to retain and grow the customer base.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Represent the inside sales team in meetings and strategy sessions.
