Key Responsibilities:

• Prosperr.io is seeking a full-time Senior Inside Sales Associate/ Inside Sales Associate to join their elite sales team in Bengaluru.
• The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• The associate will be responsible for reaching out to prospect clients explaining about our technical product/products and closing the sale.
• The ideal candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills which will ensure to create a constant touch point with the prospect client via phone / video call.

Qualifications and Skills required :

• Proven track record of sales success
• 1 year+ of experience in sales in any industry is mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Master's degree is preferred
• Experience in the tax management industry is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence

Compensation : Best in the industry based on your experience and skills with uncapped incentives.
