Job Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level CRM and Insights Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, generating insights from customer data, and supporting marketing initiatives through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in CRM operations

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage CRM database, including data entry, cleansing, and segmentation.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights and support marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
- Stitch Exim data with CRM and create actionable insights.
Campaign Management:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
Customer Segmentation and Personalization:
- Develop customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
- Implement personalization strategies across various marketing channels.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency..
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, SAP and other automation tools.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle management.
