About This Opportunity
This position is for NOC operation of TXN domain, where team member needs to provide support in service assurance.
What You Will Do
- Minimum 4 to 10 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years must have been spent working in Transmission Assurance (Monitoring, Correlation & Basic troubleshooting).
- Good understanding of ITIL incident, problem, change and service introduction principles and practices.
- Support Vendor and product selection tasks for Transmission technologies, including requirements definition.
- Network Transmission Capacity Management and Optimization.
- Support Vendor and product selection tasks for Transmission technologies, including requirements definition.
- To be able to work as part of a team and be intuitive to the business and customer needs.
- To handle emergencies and on-call support (24X7). Solution Management for Customized Business Object Templates / Reports.
- Expertise in database/spreadsheet applications and able to manipulate data and reports to support ongoing analysis and present conclusions.
- Good knowledge & understanding of Support Processes. Should be customer oriented. Should work well under time constraints.
- Good oral & written communication skills. Should actively contribute to improvements and changes.
You will bring
- Minimum 4to 10years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years must have been spent working on Ericsson Txn domain.
- Qualification: B.Tech
- Exp in: OLT & DSLAM (Devices)
- Transmission: PTN, CTR, RTC, ATR, AGR (Devices), SDH, DWDM
- Vendors: Huawei, Nokia , Cisco & Ericsson
