Senior Developer (Python/Django)

We're looking for:

A Django beginner who's eager to grow and knows their way around Python. You'll be diving into backend development, wrangling databases, building APIs, and occasionally poking around the frontend. Bonus points if you've played with Node.js not mandatory, but it'll earn you some cool points.

Skills Required (Must-Have):

1.Beginner-level experience with Python and Django we're cool with learners, as long as you're committed and curious.

2.Understanding of RESTful APIs, serializers, and the request/response cycle.

3.Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.

4.Basic experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript especially for customizing admin panels.

5.Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

6.Exposure to Celery and RabbitMQ (or similar task queues/message brokers).

Nice-to-Haves (Perks, Not Dealbreakers):

Experience with Node.js (even if it's just hobby projects we love that).

Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or deployment flows.

Familiarity with Microservices Architecture.

Familiarity with Sockets.

Your Day-to-Day (What You'll Do):

Backend Development:

Build, maintain, and optimize backend services using Django.

Develop REST APIs.

Focus on clean, secure, and scalable code.

Database Management:

Design schemas and relationships.

Write and tweak queries with Django ORM.

Ensure backups and data integrity.

Admin Panel Work:

Customize Django Admin for non-dev users.

Build dashboards that make data less boring and more useful.

Add custom filters, actions, and display logic.

Integration & Maintenance:

Hook up 3rd-party services (think payments, emails, external APIs).

Squash bugs and handle backend-related fires (we hope not often).

Use Git for code versioning and help with deployments.

Security & Compliance:

Implement secure auth (JWT, OAuth).

Protect APIs with standard best practices (CSRF, SQLi prevention, encryption).

Stay current with Django updates and backend security standards
