We are hiring for our client a corporate training and consulting firm deeply rooted in solving client problems related to organizational growth and people development
This role is open to candidates based in Bangalore.
- Shift: 9 am - 5 PM / need to be flexible on a need basis.
- Pay: 8 - 10 LPA + variables up to 5 LPA based on performance.
- Strictly looking for a Bangalore-based candidate / no relocation candidates
Roles & Responsibility:
- Candidates are expected to be on telesales calls for 4 hours daily.
- The employee shall have the designation of Senior BD Executive of Marg and shall discharge the duties which will be in the scope of his/her work.
- The employee is expected to understand and articulate Prosci solutions especially certification to clients with reasonable confidence.
- Confident in handling meetings and doing follow-ups independently.
- The employee is expected to get a reasonable understanding of the market, industry & competition.
- The employee shall be in charge of the CRM used by the company and ensure the maintenance of the platform.
- The employee shall collaborate with the Marketing and Operations team in all matters incidental to the business ensuring success
Skills Required:
- Post-Graduation in disciplines of Sales or Marketing i.e MBA/BBA /Equivalent diploma
- Excellent English Communication Skills (written & verbal) Is good at consultative selling
- Is comfortable articulating the value proposition in 1 on 1 conversation.
- Able to collaborate, work with teams
- Able to work under pressure of both time and targets
- Able to adapt to the fast pace of change in the industry
