Job Description

BankersKlub is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our Business Development andSales team for Corporates. This position is focused on corporate sales, targeting MSMEs, startups, and large enterprises. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of the BFSI sector, be tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This is an on-siteposition is based in our South Delhi office.

Qualifications

B.Sc./BA /B.Com. is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a robust sales funnel through daily outreach and engagement with Corporates.
  2. Call fresh corporate leads daily, with follow-ups on previous leads
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within target companies
  4. Conduct B2B sales efforts, focusing on corporate lead conversions
  5. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure the completion of the end-to-end lead conversion process
  6. Manage client meetings, either onsite or virtually, to present our services and close sales deals
  7. Utilize BankersKlub's automated lead management system and dialers for real-time tracking and progress monitoring
  8. Continuously follow up and nurture leads through effective communication, ensuring high conversion rates
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to support the business development strategy and revenue growth targets

Must Have:

  1. Sound understanding financial terminology and BFSI sector knowledge to communicate effectively with clients
  2. Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and terminology
  3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
  4. Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and dialer tools
  5. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a B2B environment
  6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong follow-up skills

Additional Details:

  1. The compensation will include an attractive incentive-linked variable component based on lead conversion
  2. Incentives: Lead conversion is defined as the successful onboarding of a corporate client and hiring of a banker for advisory services
  3. This role is also open to retired bankers who have strong experience in business development and corporate sales
