Job Description Senior Associate Business Development
1.Responsible and accountable for insidesalesand lead generation.
2.Own up and deliver agreed-upon targets/numbers, including performance targets and revenue targets.
3.Discovering the right target audience within prospective companies through various available paid/non-paid resources.
4.Generating qualified leads through various avenues, including email campaigns, cold calls, etc.
5.Tracking various portals to find opportunitiesas well as giving company's introduction to prospects.
6.Setting up meetings with the prospect-client and taking responsibility for the effective on boarding of new customers.
7.Diligentlykeeping in touch with the prospectsand Maintaining and updatingCRMfor Management reporting
8.Maintainingdetailed Minutes of Meeting for each prospect - client and their respective meetings - with all the informationthat was discussed via emails or calls
Required Skills
1.About 3-5 years of experience in sales.
2.Excellent in written and oral communication
3.Effective in implementingthe set strategies
4.Efficientin data researchand maintaining the CRM.
5.Poised yet aggressivefor achievingset targets
