Role Description
As an Assistant Sales Manager, your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by doing sales through different channel partners. You will lead a team of sales professionals, formulate strategic plans, and execute initiatives to surpass revenue goals. Your role is pivotal in directing sales efforts, cultivating client relationships, and analyzing market dynamics to optimize sales performance and ensure business success.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through both direct and channel sales channels within the designated region.
Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Provide guidance and training to sales representatives as needed.
Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
Proficiency in sales CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
