Monitor Toll operations and ensure adherence of SOPs
Ensure proper vigilance and develop proper system to restrict any security incidents including frauds, theft, crimes, or any damages of company property
Conduct monthly security audit of company asset building/ DG/Electrical Room/Server Room/ UPS Room / Weigh bridge etc.
Oversee the patrolling procedure around the Toll Plaza & entire road stretch of scope.
Ensure operation vigilance for company Brand /Asset Protection.
Prepare MIS reports as per the requirement of Security Management.
Ensure operation of T&A devices, Security CCTV Surveillance System
Report malpractice to HQ Security Team/Site Head
Follow Group Security Practices & Guidelines
Also keep governance on effectiveness of Site Traffic Management System/Advance Traffic Management System
Stablish a reliable source of information and act in favor of organization.
Cultivate the professional relationship with administrative bodies, police, local community, and media to gather intelligence and resolve issues
Analyze gathered intelligence and develop mitigate plans with support of Site team.
Maintain a cordial liaison with Staff and gather intelligence information and prepare mitigation plan. Inform site head consistently about the possible problems/ Issues which would arise from the staff/union side in future
Ensure safety management (100% compliance on enforcement of PPE usage)
Implementation of accident prevention plan in timely manner
Conduct fire & other Security training program
Prepare and develop the plan to protect manpower as well as company property
Improve readiness to face any crisis and incident
Support the implementation of response plan during any emergency / crisis / incidents.
Prepare and share any incident/emergency/crisis report and escalate to management time to time.
Organizing security awareness training programs for employee motivation
Develop rescue team to overcoming any critical situation
Ensure support and quick response to the team for any situation.
