Position: Information Security Architect
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 to 11 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Information Security Architect to join our talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall information security architecture and strategy for the organization, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify security gaps and recommend appropriate controls and countermeasures.
- Design and architect secure IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, considering security best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead security reviews and audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Conduct security incident response and investigation, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to mitigate and resolve security incidents.
- Stay up to date with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies, and provide guidance and recommendations for enhancing the organization's security posture.
- Evaluate and select security products and technologies, and oversee their implementation and integration into the existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security operations teams and other IT staff, promoting a security-conscious culture within the organization.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of IT industry experience 8-10 years in information security architecture on cloud and on premise or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, concepts, and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or CIS Controls.
- In-depth understanding of network security, application security, data protection, identity and access management, and cloud security.
- Experience with security technologies, tools, and solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, DLP, and encryption.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, Red and Blue Teaming.
- Knowledge of security compliance requirements and regulations, such as GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with programming languages such JavaScript and Golang preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with highly technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A continuous learner.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CEH, AWS Certified Security Specialization are highly desirable.
