We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. As an integral member, you will be responsible for enhancing our clients online visibility and driving business growth through effective digital strategies. This role entails various operational aspects, including keyword research, website evaluation, on-site optimization, content strategy, syndication/link building, and monthly reporting.

Designation : Business Manager - SEO

Experience Required: 4 to 7 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client businesses/products to guide the team effectively and align with client objectives.
• Assess Information Architecture (IA) in line with business objectives.
• Address server-level challenges, guide schema markup, and implement AMP for mobile optimization, ensuring post-AMP error rectification.
• Evaluate strategies to enhance page load speed, ensuring error-free optimization.
• Capable of independently communicating recommendations to clients and devising creative strategies for optimization opportunities.
• Enhance content recommendations based on a thorough understanding of clients businesses.
• Provide regular client updates on new opportunities, ensuring error-free, original content ideas tailored to diverse platforms.
• Develop a comprehensive content syndication strategy aligned with business objectives, executing monthly plans for sustainable outcomes, and minimizing repetition.
• Deliver clear, insightful monthly rank reports, highlighting trends, outlining objectives, and tracking progress against set goals.
• Ensure timely client updates, send weekly Meeting Minutes (MoM), and provide advance notice of any delays in deliverables.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly PowerPoint (PPT) reviews demonstrating added value to the client's business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in SEO tools, web analytics, and search algorithms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Innovative approach to keyword research, content optimization, and strategy development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven client communication and deviation-handling abilities.
• Google Analytics Certification and relevant SEO certifications.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in creating and delivering professional presentations.
