Job Description:

Joveo is seeking a professional and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our Sales Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies and contribute to our outreach initiatives in a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of outbound email campaigns aimed at engaging prospective clients.
  • Lead Research: Conduct targeted research to identify key companies and decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Content Development: Collaborate in crafting clear and persuasive email content that aligns with our brand messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM database in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and integrity of lead information.
  • Follow-Up Communications: Manage follow-up outreach to nurture leads and build lasting relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share valuable insights.
  • Meeting Coordination: Facilitate the scheduling of meetings with qualified leads to advance the sales process.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies.
  • Prospect Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their needs and potential fit for our solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Assist in tracking sales opportunities and updating the status of leads in the CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and research tools, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Equipment:

Candidates are required to provide their own working device (laptop) to facilitate their responsibilities.
