We MiNdLiNkS IT Consulting are looking for Any HR or Recruitment Domain experienced resources having 2-12 years of experience and willing work from home (WFH) in a reputed MNC in a permanent position and by Upskilling with SuccessFactors ONB (Onboarding) Module. This is a WORKBENCH Hiring Program, where we train you and let you to work in our internal project, which is Task-Based and Role-Specific Program and we hire for our US, UAE and Australian MNC Clients under the 90 DAYS UPHIRING Program. We have continuous requirements on SuccessFactors ONB for Fresher and experienced resources. These are Permanent Positions and 100% of salary hike will be provided at minimum and joining bonus will be a plus. Monday to Friday and IST hours are preferred to work. Having minimum graduation and good communicational skills and team working spirit is added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process Management:
Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure new employees have all the necessary resources, access, and equipment.
Employee Orientation:
Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs to introduce company culture, values, and policies.
Ensure new hires are well-informed about their roles, team structure, and expectations.
Documentation and Compliance:
Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining required documentation from new hires.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with the recruitment team to schedule and plan onboarding activities.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand department-specific onboarding needs.
Employee Engagement:
Engage with new hires to address questions, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support during their initial period.
Develop surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure and improve the onboarding experience.
Process Improvement:
Continuously assess the effectiveness of onboarding processes and recommend improvements.
Create and maintain onboarding materials, including guides, checklists, and presentations.
Reporting:
Track and report on onboarding metrics, such as new hire satisfaction and time-to-productivity.
Provide regular updates to HR leadership on the status of onboarding activities.
Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients Recruiting and Onboarding functions
Design, set-up, and test prototype and production Recruiting and Onboarding instances andensure that all integrated platforms work together seamlessly
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Recruiting and Onboarding offerings powered by SAP SuccessFactors
Develop strong relationships with clients, bring leading practice to the conversation and challenge client thinking to ensure the right solution is delivered
Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
Pitch in on sales efforts when needed
Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise.
