ResponsibilitiesasaLead:

1.TechnicalExposure:SDExpertandunderstandLE,PS,CSmodulesKnowBasicconcepts

ofRICEFobjects,shouldbeabletoexplaintechnicaldetailsandhaveKnowledgeof

IntegrationbetweenFunctionalmodules.

2.CommunicationandSolutionProvision:Effectivelycommunicateandprovide

appropriatesolutionstobusinessandconveyingsolutionfeasibilityandanylimitations

inachievingobjectivessmoothly.

3.TeamManagement:Assessthecapabilitiesoftheteamanddistributework,accordingly,

identifyingstrengthsandweaknessestogroomteammembersappropriately.

4.KnowledgeSharing:Establishaknowledgecentrethroughregularknowledge-sharing

sessions,fosteringacultureofcontinuouslearninganddevelopmentwithintheteam.

5.EnforcementofBestPractices:EnforceSAPBestPracticesrigorouslytoensure

consistencyandefficiencyindevelopmentprocesses.

6.DailyScrumCalls:Conductdailyscrumcallstocoordinateactivities,addresschallenges,

andensurealignmentwithprojectobjectives.

7.PipelinePlanning:PlantheCHR/workpipelineaheadoftimeeveryweektooptimize

productivityandresourceallocation.

8.StakeholderCommunication:Providesoftescalationtostakeholdersondependencies

andproductivity,maintainingtransparentandproactivecommunicationchannels.

9.QualityAssurance:Monitorandensurehigh-qualitydeliverablesfromeachmemberof

theteam,maintainingstandardsofexcellenceinallprojectoutputs.

10.TeamAvailability:Monitorandensuretheavailabilityofteammembersduringwork

hours,optimizingresourceutilizationandprojecttimelines.

11.StatusReporting:Regularlyupdatethestatustrackerandpreparegovernancedecks

withaccuratestatusupdates,presentingthemtostakeholdersonaweeklybasis.
