We are currently seeking a SAP CRM B2C Support to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Responsibilities
- Being a support team member and support IT rollout projects and operation
- Cooperation with the stakeholders (global IT, business) is required
- Analyze of the project related business and end-user requirements
- Delivery of the service requests, incident on the time
- Working on CRM Marketing (Customer Database, Basic HTML), SMC (SAP Marketing cloud), NPS customizing tasks for Change Requests
- Supplying necessary manuals and technical documentation in Jira, Confluence etc. if needed
- Being of a member of an Agile Organization
Profile
- Bachelor degree from MIS, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline
- 3+ year experience with CRM products in IT business or system analysis areas
- Awareness of SLA and KPI metrics
- Familiar with Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Understanding of CRM processes with capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations
- Excellent command of English + excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, analytic skills, highly self-motivation
