Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant with expertise in Convergent Invoicing (CI), Financial Contract Accounting (FICA), and Contract Management (CM). The consultant will play a critical role in configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP BRIM suite to enable optimized billing and revenue management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP BRIM Implementation:
- Lead and execute full life cycle implementations of SAP BRIM (Convergent Invoicing, FICA, and CM).
- Analyze business processes related to billing and revenue management, identify areas for improvement, and provide functional solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules to meet client-specific requirements.
- Convergent Invoicing (CI):
- Design and implement invoicing solutions to handle complex billing scenarios (e.g., usage-based billing, subscription-based services).
- Integrate CI with other components such as CRM, FI-CA, and SD.
- FICA (Financial Contract Accounting):
- Implement and manage FICA for customer account management, receivables, and payables.
- Configure and optimize business processes related to dunning, payment processing, interest calculation, and dispute management.
- Contract Management (CM):
- Implement Contract Management (CM) processes to handle customer agreements, subscriptions, and recurring billing scenarios.
- Integrate CM with SAP BRIM modules and ensure seamless contract lifecycle management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO) to ensure proper integration of SAP BRIM with external systems and custom developments.
- Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide ongoing support for existing SAP BRIM implementations, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure business teams can operate the system effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP BRIM, with hands-on knowledge of CI, FICA, and CM.
- Proven track record of full-cycle SAP BRIM implementations.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP BRIM (CI, FICA, CM), including configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with SAP SD, SAP FI, and integration points between BRIM and other modules.
- Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ABAP and debugging for troubleshooting purposes.
- Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- SAP BRIM certification.
- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions (e.g., telecom, utilities, media).
