Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at PropSquare Solutions Unlimited in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
