Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with major integration experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about transforming businesses through Salesforce solutions, have a deep understanding of integration processes, and possess expertise in system architecture, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings to gather integration requirements and understand business processes.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions with seamless integration to external systems.
- Provide expert advice and consultation on Salesforce integration solutions, emphasizing system interoperability and data flow efficiency.
- Serve as the technical expert in Salesforce integration, advising on best practices and optimal solutions throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate closely with developers and administrators to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs, and middleware, prioritizing integration requirements.
- Utilize integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit, Talend) to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to clients post-implementation, particularly in maintaining and optimizing integrated systems.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce developments, particularly advancements in integration technologies and tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a primary focus on integrations.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions with extensive integration components.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise system architectures.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs, with a focus on building integrations.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit, Talend, or similar platforms.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with various third-party systems (ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.).
- Ability to provide technical leadership in defining integration strategies and implementing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Salesforce Certified Integration Architect (Highly Desired)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
