About the Job:
IT - CRM Sales Cloud Product Development is pivotal in supporting the development and implementation of technical solutions for our Sales Cloud platform utilizing Salesforce.com. This role entails analyzing business requirements, tracking development progress, and ensuring that our product consistently meets customer needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, experience in CRM product development, Handson Experience with CPQ Implementation, and exceptional analytical skills. Strong communication capabilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and a fervent passion for driving innovation and efficiency are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
8-10 years of experience in Sales Cloud implementation and CPQ Implementation , customization, and integration with enterprise applications, including end-to-end global implementation experience.
Essential Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud, Platform Developer, and CPQ Specialist.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as AutoRabit, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SourceTree.
Experience with implementing Salesforce solutions for Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) processes is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, code review, and release.
Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and design limitations.
Ability to reference and relate to Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) capabilities to maintain alignment with Salesforce standards and limitations.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Experience in managing remote teams across different continents and time zones is highly beneficial.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
