Job Description:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Role and Responsibilities:

Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service, and Community Cloud implementations.

Interact with stakeholders to analyze needs, prepare specifications, and deploy Salesforce solutions.

Design and develop high-performance Apex code, leveraging Salesforce best practices.

Administer Salesforce and develop Process Builders, Workflows, and Security settings.

Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems using REST and Web Services, including MuleSoft.

Test and debug code to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.

Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and provide day-to-day support.

Key Skills:

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an Agile environment.
