Job Summary
As a Salesforce Developer, you will develop and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of our client.
Job Description
The Salesforce Developer will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Meeting with Salesforce Lead to determine CRM needs.
- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
- Creating timelines and development goals.
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
- Participate in after hours support efforts as needed.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Experience with field service and lightening web components would be helpful
- User support tickets.
