Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Design and propose Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and improve processes.
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, and use case diagrams to communicate requirements and solutions to development teams.
  • Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and design patterns.
  • Work with data architects to design and implement data structures.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective Salesforce adoption.
  • Assist in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions & Testing and Quality Assurance.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify and document issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success
  • Expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end.

Qualification

  • Minimum 4 + Years of experience as BA with Salesforce CRM proficiency.
  • Experience in developing user story gathering business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside testing and deployment.
  • Experienced in Salesforce consulting, coaching for best practices in administration and implementation, focusing on enhancing user experience and streamlining processes through automation. Skilled in managing stakeholder engagements, facilitating business process analysis, and developing technology solutions.
  • Configuring Salesforce: workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.
  • Writing functional specs, collaborating on design specs with tech team.
  • Strong Presentation, Interpersonal, Analytical skills & Communication skills.
  • Ability to drive thought leadership and POVs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Vision

Education / Certification-

  • Master's /University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Certification (Salesforce Business Analyst and Admin).
