Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud, CRM, Partner/Channel Management, and integrations with Sales Engagement Platforms.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Expertise: Provide technical direction on the setup, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Lead initiatives involving email marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, automation, and analytics.
- CRM & Partner/Channel Modules: Architect solutions around Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Community/Channel management. Support processes such as lead management, opportunity tracking, account management, and partner onboarding.
- Integrations: Drive the integration of Salesforce with external systems, particularly Sales Engagement Platforms (such as Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar tools). Ensure seamless data flow, optimize integration architecture, and oversee real-time/ETL data processes.
- Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning. Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and other architects to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (Good to have)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Good to have)
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer (preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions, including 3+ years of specific expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong background in Salesforce CRM modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and Partner/Channel Management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, including the core modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud).
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar).
- Experience in Salesforce integration patterns such as real-time, batch, and event-driven integration.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Skills:
- Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Social Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Audience Builder, SQL, and AMPscript to create personalized marketing content and automate customer journeys.
- Knowledge of SFMC data extension models, segmentation, and reporting capabilities.
