Role & responsibilities

Lead SME responsible for Design, developing/ building on the SFDC platform.

Will be the go-to for any dev issues for guidance, resolutions by the dev team

Review application architecture and design

Identify platform usability for business scenarios and ensure design is fit for purpose

Responsible for overall platform governance

Develop standards, practices and patterns on the platform for dev team to follow and

review code to ensure code quality.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Focussed on customer delight and building great journeys on SFDC.

2. Passionate about leveraging the platform to maximize business value

3. Passionate about governing and upkeep of the platform

4. Team player and a tech leader, open to learn and lead the way.

Tech Skills:

1. Must have SFDC Config experience including but not limited to Workflows, Validations,

Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model

2. Must be Technically skilled in configuration and customization, Knowledge of LWC,

3. Perform code review and code optimization on APEX

4. Can create technical design from Functional design/Require

Role Technical Architect / VP / AVP

Years of Experience 9+ Years with a Good salary budget.
