CRM Administrator and Analyst
Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable CRM Administrator and Analyst for Salesfoce to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the development and maintenance of our CRM platform, ensuring high data quality, and aligning our database strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Administration: Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform. Ensure database integrity, security, and accessibility, develop custom reports and dashboards, and support data integrations and user training.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with the client to support data analytics and reporting, providing strategic recommendations and visual data representations aligned with objectives.
- Database Integrations: Oversee and optimize CRM integrations with other systems, addressing integration challenges as they arise.
- Database Programming: Support database programming requirements, including custom code development and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency in SQL and database programming.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
