We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and achieving sales targets. The Sales Team Lead should have a proven track record of success in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
