Experience: 3+ years as a Sales Team Lead
Qualification: Any Graduate
Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage)
Salary: Upto 10 LPA
Shift: Day Shift

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage & Handle a team of 20-30 Career Counselors and ATLs.
Monitor & train the team on industry best practices.
Provide continuous business development opportunities and achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets for the team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.
Skills
Effective team player, self-motivated & presentation skills.
Competent with CRM and Microsoft Office.
Strong aptitude for planning and time management.
Ability to Negotiate and provide guidance.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, Critical thinking.
